CHN’s Telemedicine program gives people, at your location, real-time access to licensed medical and behavioral-health providers through secure video, guided by an on-site nurse or clinical assistant who records vitals and supports each visit.
This model removes travel barriers, expands appointment availability, and helps people receive timely care while maintaining the same confidentiality and attention as in-person visits.
