the vital role patients play in shaping care and the right of every person to live a vibrant and healthy life.
We also celebrate our Board of Directors, a patient-majority governing model (51%+), whose lived experience and leadership ensure CHN meets the community with dignity and relevance.

Join us as we celebrate a year of impact, progress, and community-driven care at Community Health Net. This annual event highlights our achievements and brings together partners who help advance our mission.
Featuring keynote speaker Eric Kiehl, APR, Director of Policy and Partnership at the PA Association of Community Health Centers (PACHC). His leadership and advocacy efforts have significantly impacted the landscape of health and human services across Pennsylvania.
We are also excited to announce a new signature event coming in Spring 2027. More details to be shared soon.
